"Very helpful when I called in"
Very helpful when I called in to ask questions. Agent was able to answer my questions the way I could understand. Very happy with the product and seller. Will do business again when when I need something for my bike! Thank you!

"Amazing staff helped fix an unfortunate delivery mishap"
Fernando Diaz, Jr. Turned a bad experience around and was incredibly insightful the whole way through. I had a package from Bike Bandit stolen off my porch. After making a police report and a claim with UPS, I contacted Bike Bandit to let them know and to see if anything else could be done. Fernando was super kind and helpful start to finish. He examined all of the available resources to find the best solution for me and I can't be happier. Thanks so much, will be ordering more gear soon!
